1. Registration Request
A submitted booking is a request to reserve a seat for the selected Travex College short course and commencement date. Travex College may contact the participant or sponsor to confirm eligibility, payment, documents, venue instructions or course-date changes.
2. Course Dates and Capacity
Course commencement dates are subject to seat capacity, minimum class requirements, trainer availability and operational confirmation. If a course date is full, closed, postponed or unsuitable, Travex College may offer another commencement date or cancel the request.
3. Payment and Confirmation
The displayed course fee is a booking reference amount unless a separate official quotation or invoice is issued. A seat is not fully confirmed until Travex College records the required payment, claim approval, invoice approval or internal confirmation.
4. Participant Information
You must provide accurate participant name, Malaysian mobile number, email address and any required sponsor or identification details. Travex College may use this information for registration processing, admissions follow-up, attendance preparation, certification support and operational reporting.
5. Changes, Cancellation and No-Show
Rescheduling, substitution, cancellation, refund or no-show treatment depends on Travex College policy, payment status, course preparation work and notice period. Requests should be made before the registration close date where possible.
6. Data Handling
Registration records may include contact details, email, sponsor/company information, course selection, commencement date, payment status, attendance status and internal notes. These records are used only for course administration, learner support, reporting, compliance and related operational needs.
